Question: How do i start my running program. I need to lose calories fast
Answer: Congratulations on committing to exercise. One good way to start is to combine walking
with running. For starters, visit your nearest RunTex and decide on a good, comfortable shoe. Make a goal of covering, say, two miles a day of combined walking/running. Maybe you'll only run less than half of it. That's OK. After a few weeks of that, you should be able to run the whole two miles. Once you've got that down, you can experiment with a weekly longer run, about 3-5 miles. You will be burning calories all along, and should lose some weight. Once you are more comfortable running distances like five miles, you can begin to set weekly mileage goals. A good novice weekly program might consist of 20 miles per week.
