Question: If I already have three months of 40-50 mile weeks as a base, how many weeks should I dedicate to building up for Motorola
Answer: What is probably more important is how many long runs you do, what pace you do them at, and what kind of taper you allow yourself. The goal is to be fit, BUT rested. At a minimum you want 4-5 20 plus runs, with about 3-4 weeks of tapering. Ideally, you should have 6-10 20 plus runs. Good luck! |
