Question: I AM SUPPOSSED TO HAVE A LONG RUN THIS WEEKEND OF 18 MILES BUT HAVE ALSO
SIGNED UP FOR THE JINGLE BELL RUN. HOW CAN I HANDLE THIS? I'M TRYING TO
USE THE GALLOWAY METHOD TO GET READY FOR MOTOROLA AND IT REQUIRES A REST
DAY PRIOR TO YOUR LONG RUN.
Answer:I would do the Jingle Bell and then the long run the next day and not be
concerned about the rest day. You can always do the jingle bell easy.
